Aadyam Yoga to organize free treatment camp on Acute back pain, Cervical Spondylosis, Lumber Spondylosis & Arthritis

On the occasion of world Yoga Day Aadyam Yoga will organize weeklong free check up and treatment camp on Acute back pain, Cervical Spondylosis, Lumber Spondylosis & Arthritis through Yoga Therapy. This camp will be held between June 18th and June 23, 2018 from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Aadyam Yoga organizing this initiative in three locations in Pune for the ease of patients 1. Virangula Kendra, 1st floor Dhole Patil Road, Behind Ruby Hall Clinic, 2. Gajanan Society DP Road Kothrud , 3. Acharya Sabhagurh, Acharya Society, Ambedkar Chawk Warje. This initiative is free and open for all. Since its inception in 2004, we have treated and cured more than 4,500 people with various ailments, like acute back pain, spondilytis, knee pain (arthritis), diabetes, high BP, irregular heart function, Asthma, digestive disorders and acidity. We created a style that incorporates props to help align the body with the right posture. This style allows the body to gain strength through muscle action in combination with stilling of the mind. Yoga Therapy explores the yoga ropes system at a basic level and within a well rounded himalaya based sequence.

Atul and Rahul Kirloskar under SEBI Scanner for Insider Trading

Eight years ago, on 6 October 2010, some members of the Kirloskar family including Atul Kirloskar and Rahul Kirloskar had sold 13.5% of Kirloskar Brothers Limited shares worth about ₹275 crore before financial results were reported on 8 October 2010. In 2012, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) sent a letter to the company seeking transaction details.


Following this, Kirloskar Brothers Limited hired law firm AZB and Partners to conduct a forensic audit to verify allegations of insider trading. The audit found that few members of the Kirloskar Family, including the two brothers, mis-stated in a regulatory disclosure that they were not in possession of unpublished price-sensitive financial information while seeking clearance to sell Kirloskar Brothers shares. The code of conduct for promoters and other key management personnel requires them to take the board’s clearance before transacting in the company’s shares.
